The story

From a senior bench to an operating center

The model worked, and it had a ceiling

Operatives was founded in 2019 to deliver Oracle ERP managed services to enterprises across the MEA region. Over six years it built a senior remote bench, learned the discipline of multi-country, multi-currency, multi-regulatory delivery, and served 90+ clients across FMCG, manufacturing, distribution and industrial sectors.

Hourly contracts cap quality and speed. Email-based support hides the work. And enterprises stopped accepting both: they wanted to see their support, every request, every run, every confirmation.

So we productized the discipline. In 2024 the same founding team established AI MicroMind LLC in Delaware, USA, to build the AI platform we wanted our own clients to have. On it we built OTeam, the support platform every Operatives client logs into. Today the company’s identity matches its core business.

Leads the engineering of MicroMind Core, the AI platform that powers OTeam’s copilots. A mechatronics-engineering background plus seven years inside Operatives’ production service delivery, so the platform is built by someone who has run the operation it serves.

The governed-AI architecture is their design: deterministic decisions, redaction before AI, human approval on every gate
